Job Description : Call Centre Operator/ Query Operator

• Basic Computer Skills - (min. 50wpm typing speed)
• Data Entry Experience preferred
• Sound English language skills
• Call Centre experience preferred
• Good communicaiton skills - pleasant phone manner
• Good personal presentation
• Ability to work under pressure without supervision and as part of a team
• Reasonable knowledge of the Brisbane Metropolitan area
• The Communications Centre works on a 24hr 7day rotating roster.
• Spelling, typing and location tests as well as an Aptitude Assessment will be conducted at any interview
• Applicants may also be required to be available for on the job assesment of approximately 2 hours
• Successful applicants will have fully paid training provided
